The Beached Ones
Now Showing at the Brag Trade’s “On The Brink” exhibition at Gatakers Artspace, Maryborough (Qld) Australia all this month (Oct 2014), along with other acrylics and my photo-art (see previous post, this site). Prior to the exhibition, I decided to do a revamp on the painting – on a whim – so it is bolder than originally. Not the thing to do maybe, but that’s me. I guess we all move on in our heads and sometimes want to update a work. But in general, I keep my works as they were finished on the day, as a sort of “journal” of where I am at.
