My usual walk down to the park near the Burnett River a few days ago. Took these pics – I go near sunset and get inspiration. Hard to believe it is the same river that went through my unit last year. A raging dragon then. The cycle of life, ebb and flow. The river has been here for millennia. My unit came along in the 1920s or 30s – going by the Art-Deco ceiling in the lounge-room. We have to fit in, grief or not. Not sure if there are fish in there, or they are too smart to be caught. I asked the guy above if he had had any bites. And no. But fishing is basically meditation.
