This is another version of a painting I did a year or so ago – of a stray cat Boris. I sold the previous one, but did this one for my neighbour and good friend, Ashe. He had seen the other at one of my exhibitions, and said he liked it. He remembers Boris the Cat too, who used to skulk about and look for food. Not sure where Boris ended up. He was a really old, battle-scarred moggy. I hope he is somewhere ok. Cheers, Boris. And cheers Ashe, a great neighbour. Happy Birthday matey.
