An odd lower case “e” seen on the footpath in the CBD, Bundaberg (Australia). I became slightly obsessed with taking photos of tar blobs on the pavement, from bitumen work on the road. Then this one turned up. I have no idea why. Is it a random splash of tar? Or a mark from a shoe? Or an intended “e”? I will never know. It is about the size of a box of matches.
